Fire, smoke ventilation and security, designed, installed and maintained in-house.
Central AOV designs, installs, commissions and maintains fire alarm, AOV and smoke ventilation, and security systems, all in-house, with no subcontracting. One team, one point of contact, and records that actually match what is on the wall.
A system designed by one company, fitted by another and maintained by a third usually comes with three versions of what it is supposed to do. When the responsible person needs a straight answer about their own building, they should get it from the people who built it.
The same in-house team designs, installs, commissions and maintains. No handoffs between contractors.
What our accreditations prove
Each one is an independent audit, not just a logo.
BAFE
Independent third-party audit of our fire protection work. What most fire risk assessors and insurers look for.
SafeContractor
Health and safety policies, risk assessments and method statements independently checked, expected by managing agents and larger organisations.
SMAS Worksafe
A further audited health and safety accreditation, recognised across construction and facilities management.
Constructionline
Central register verifying credentials, insurance, financial standing and health and safety compliance in one place.
02 / 03
Accreditations are only worth what the work behind them proves, so every job is tested and signed off.
Standards we work to
Every system is designed, installed and maintained against the standard it is judged on, not a generic in-house checklist.

What it is like to work with us
You get a named engineer for your building, not a rotating call centre queue. Quotes are honest: if a system needs remedial work before it goes onto a maintenance contract, we say so and quote for it, rather than signing it off to win the job.
Documentation is built to survive scrutiny. Certificates, service records and log book entries are written the way a fire risk assessor or building safety inspector actually reads them, so an audit gets answered the first time it is asked.
Who we work for
Managing agents and RMCs running blocks of flats. Housing associations with fire and life-safety compliance across a portfolio. Facilities management companies who want one reliable subcontractor instead of several. Main contractors who need design, install and commissioning handled by a specialist. Landlords, schools, care homes and commercial landlords, wherever a fire alarm, AOV or security system serves a building with people in it who are not the ones paying the bill.
One team, accountable for the whole job.
Every system is designed, installed, commissioned and maintained in-house, to the standard it is judged on.

FAQ
What responsible persons ask us.
Do you subcontract any of the work?+
No. Design, install, commissioning and maintenance are all carried out by our own engineers.
Are you BAFE accredited for both fire alarms and AOV?+
Yes, our BAFE accreditation covers fire detection and alarm work.
Are you insured to work on our building?+
Yes. Our insurance and financial standing are independently verified through Constructionline, which most managing agents and main contractors accept as proof without needing separate documents from us.
Do you work with managing agents directly, or only the building owner?+
Both. We are used to dealing with managing agents and RMCs as the point of contact, with reporting copied to whoever else needs to see it.
Can you take on a portfolio of buildings, not just one?+
Yes, this is a large part of what we do for housing associations and facilities management companies, on a single consolidated contract.
